Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the site and its services. By registering or using the site you declare that you have read and accepted these terms and reviewed the privacy notice.

The site offers content of a cultural, symbolic, esoteric and recreational nature: sigils, gnosis, servitors, oracle, natal chart, horoscope, numerology, aptitude test, lunar calendar, tutorials and rituals.

No content constitutes medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice, nor does it promise any kind of result. Astrological and numerological interpretations and automatically generated texts have no predictive or scientific value. If you have physical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Registration details must be truthful; you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity carried out through your account.
• Membership in the Circle and access to the reserved area (altar, chat, rituals, grimoire, tutorials) are subject to the administrator's discretionary approval.
• Creating multiple accounts, impersonating other people or transferring access to a third party is not allowed.

In the stream, comments and chats it is forbidden to post:

• unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, violent or hateful content;
• harassment, threats, doxxing or other people's personal data;
• sexually explicit material or content unsuitable for a public context;
• spam, chain messages, scams, sale of services, or promises of healing or spells;
• content that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks;
• instructions or incitement to practices dangerous to oneself or others (extreme deprivation, substances, self-harm).

You remain the owner of the content you publish. By uploading it, you grant the site operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to hosting it, showing it to other authorised users and storing it for the service to function. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for temporary technical backup copies.

The operator may remove content that breaches these terms and, in serious or repeated cases, suspend or close the account, notifying you by email when possible.

Some features rely on artificial-intelligence services to generate text, images and audio. Results may contain inaccuracies and should be treated as creative material. Using these features to generate unlawful or deceptive content, or to overload the service with automated requests, is forbidden.

The service is offered "as is" and free of charge: we do not guarantee absolute continuity, error-free operation or perpetual storage of content. We recommend exporting locally the work you care about (for example the natal chart PDF).

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, the interpretations offered, or decisions made on their basis. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by European and Italian law.

You can request deletion of your account and related data at any time by writing to nglux@yahoo.it.

These terms may be updated: the date at the top of the page indicates the version in force, and significant changes will be announced on the site. Italian law applies; for consumers, the competent court remains that of their place of residence or domicile.
