For any question about your personal data you can write to the email address below: we will reply within one month, as required by Article 12 GDPR.

• Registration data: email address, password (stored only in encrypted form by the authentication provider), the name or pseudonym you choose.
• Profile data: profile picture, bio and any other information you choose to publish.
• Content you create: posts in the community stream, shared images and links, chat messages, personal grimoire entries, sigils, saved servitors and aptitude-test results.
• Birth data (date, time and city), given voluntarily and only if you request a natal chart or numerology calculation.
• Technical data: IP address and server logs generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and diagnostics.

We neither request nor want data about health, sexual orientation, political opinions or religious beliefs. If you volunteer such information in a post, message or grimoire entry, that processing rests on your explicit consent (Art. 9.2.a GDPR) and you can delete it at any time.

• Creating and managing your account, accessing reserved services, publishing content — performance of the contract / membership relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Reviewing your request to join the Circle by the administrator — performance of the membership relationship (Art. 6.1.b).
• Calculating and interpreting natal charts, horoscopes, numerology, servitor images and text read-aloud — performing a service you requested (Art. 6.1.b) and, for voluntary data, consent (Art. 6.1.a).
• Site security, abuse prevention and moderation — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f).
• Legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).

We do not carry out advertising profiling, we do not make automated decisions with legal effects on people, and we do not sell data to third parties.

Data is processed by providers acting as data processors:

• a provider of hosting, database, authentication and file storage, with servers within the European Union;
• artificial-intelligence services, used to generate text interpretations, servitor images and voice synthesis: they receive only the text needed for the single request (e.g. the calculated astrological data), not your entire profile;
• an email delivery service for account confirmation and password recovery.

Any transfer to third countries happens only with the safeguards required by Articles 44-49 GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

Posts, images and profiles published in the community area are visible to the other approved members of the Circle; your email address is never shown to other users. Your personal grimoire, saved natal charts, servitors and test results are private and visible only to you (and to administrators when needed for support and moderation).

• Account data and content: until the account is deleted.
• Generated daily horoscopes: kept only for their reference day and removed automatically by a daily cleanup.
• Technical security logs: 12 months maximum.
• Audio generated for voice read-aloud: created on the fly and not stored on our systems.

You can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15-22 GDPR), as well as withdraw any consent given. To request deletion of your account and all related data, write to nglux@yahoo.it.

If you believe processing violates the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

The service is intended for people aged 16 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 16; if we find that an account belongs to a minor, it will be removed.
