Celestite

Celestite, or Celestine, is a mineral with a pale blue, sky-blue, or sometimes colorless appearance, featuring tabular or prismatic crystals. Composed mainly of strontium sulfate (SrSO4), it forms in sedimentary environments, often associated with gypsum and halite. Sourced from Madagascar, Mexico, and some regions of the United States, it was historically used in fireworks due to its strontium content but is now valued for its beauty and esoteric properties. Historically, it was linked to sky deities due to its celestial hue.
