Short phrase, in the present tense, positive, and verifiable. "I find a job as a developer by December" works; "I want to be happy" does not, because there is no specific moment when you can say it has manifested.

Avoid negatives: the mind processes them by keeping active the very content you wish to exclude.

Letter method: eliminate spaces, repeated vowels, and double letters, then compose the remaining signs into a single figure until it is no longer readable as a word.

Pictorial method: draw a synthetic image of the result and abstract it until it becomes unrecognizable. Both aim for the same effect: making the intent non-verbal.

Enter gnosis using the path that works best for you, stare at the glyph until saturation — when you can no longer perceive it as a shape — and close at the point of maximum intensity.

A clean closure is important: a ritual that slowly fades away leaves trails of rumination.

Destroy, archive, or place the sigil in a closed container, and occupy the following hours with something absorbing. Every time you think back to the original phrase, consciously bring it back to the glyph and let it go.
